Garment Decoration, Under the Same Roof
Six decoration techniques, all run in our own Sialkot factory rather than farmed out to a print shop that never speaks to the people sewing your garment. Same minimum, same quality control, one point of contact.
Six ways to put your brand on a garment
Each one suits different artwork, different fabrics and different budgets. The wrong choice is the most common reason a first order disappoints.

Embroidery
Custom embroidery is the most durable way to put a logo on a garment, and the one that reads as premium at a glance.
How it works →
3D Puff Printing
3D puff printing uses an expanding ink that rises when heat-cured, so your logo sits proud of the fabric with a soft, rounded edge.
How it works →
DTG Printing
DTG printing sprays water-based ink directly into the fabric, like an inkjet printer for garments.
How it works →
Heat Press & Vinyl
Heat press vinyl printing cuts your design from a sheet of coloured film and bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure.
How it works →
Rhinestones
Rhinestone application adds crystal embellishment that catches light in a way no ink or thread can.
How it works →
Distressed Denim & Patches
Distressed denim is a finishing discipline, not a defect.
How it works →Choosing a decoration method
It depends on artwork and fabric more than on preference. Bold solid shapes suit 3D puff or screen printing. Photographic or many-coloured artwork needs DTG. Logos that should feel premium and survive heavy washing want embroidery. Names and numbers that differ per piece need heat press vinyl. Tell us the artwork and the garment and we will tell you which one actually fits, including when the answer is not the one you asked about.
Yes, and it often looks better than a single method used everywhere. A puff chest print with an embroidered sleeve, or a printed base with rhinestone accents, are both common. Because all six techniques run under one roof here, combining them does not add a second supplier, a second minimum or a second shipping leg.
Thirty pieces per style across every technique. Setup-heavy methods such as screen and puff printing get noticeably cheaper per piece as quantity rises, while labour-heavy methods such as distressing and rhinestones scale more gently. The cost calculator shows the difference for your specific numbers.
Some techniques have a genuine one-off setup: digitising for embroidery, screens for puff and screen printing, cut files for vinyl, templates for rhinestones. These are charged once per design, not per piece, and reorders of the same artwork reuse them. Your quote states them separately so you can see exactly what is one-off and what is per unit.
Yes, at artwork review, before anything is produced. Fine text below about 5mm will not hold in thread. Strokes under about 3mm will not puff evenly. Low-resolution files will print soft. We would rather flag all of that up front than deliver 30 pieces you are unhappy with.
