Pullover Hoodie
The standard drop: kangaroo pocket, double-layer hood, ribbed cuff and hem. The fit and fleece weight are where your brand character lives, so we grade the pattern to your measurements rather than a generic block.
Zip-Up Hoodie
Full, half or quarter zip with a branded zipper, split pockets and an optional chin guard. Zip quality is the most common failure point on a cheap hoodie, so we spec it explicitly on your tech pack instead of leaving it to the line.
Oversized & Boxy Hoodie
Drop shoulder, wider body, shorter length. An oversized hoodie is a pattern decision, not a size-up, which is why we cut a dedicated block rather than grading a regular fit larger.
All-Over-Print Hoodie
Fabric is sublimated in panel form before cutting, so the print runs seam to seam with no blank margins. Needs a polyester-rich base, and artwork supplied at full panel scale.
Cropped & Women's Fit Hoodie
Shortened body with a proportionally adjusted hood and sleeve, cut on a women's block rather than a shrunk men's one.
Technical Training Hoodie
Lightweight performance fleece with a moisture-wicking finish, flatlock seaming and thumbholes where specified, for gym and warm-up wear.

How We Price Your Custom Hoodies
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.

Custom Hoodies Manufacturing FAQs
Thirty pieces per style, and that thirty can be split across your whole size range, from XS to 5XL. A style means one design in one colourway. If you want the same hoodie in black and in grey, that is two styles and two 30-piece minimums, because each colourway needs its own fabric roll and its own production run.
For most streetwear brands, 320 to 350 GSM brushed back fleece is the sweet spot: substantial in the hand, warm enough for autumn and winter, and not so heavy that shipping costs jump. Go to 400 or 450 GSM if you are positioning as premium heavyweight, and down to 280 GSM French terry for a lightweight or summer piece. We send swatches of each before you decide.
Yes, and it is the fastest route to a right-first-time sample. Send us the reference garment, or clear photographs with measurements, and we match the fabric weight, the fit and the construction details. Where something cannot be matched exactly, such as a proprietary mill fabric, we tell you before sampling rather than substituting quietly.
A physical sample takes around 10 days from confirmed artwork and measurements. Once you approve that sample in writing, bulk production runs 3 to 4 weeks. Heavyweight fleece and all-over-print hoodies sometimes add a few days at the fabric or sublimation stage, which we flag in your quote rather than after you have committed.
Yes. All-over-print hoodies are sublimated at panel stage, meaning each pattern piece is printed before it is cut and sewn, so the design runs right to the seam with no unprinted borders. Sublimation needs a polyester-rich fabric to bond, so a 100 percent cotton all-over-print hoodie is not physically possible, and we say so rather than deliver a faded result.
Yes. Private label is standard here, not an upsell. Woven neck labels, satin or printed care labels, hang tags, polybag inserts and custom drawcord tips are produced alongside the garment, so what arrives looks like your brand from the outside in. We can also ship in your own branded packaging.
Two options. Either full payment in advance, or 50 percent advance with the remaining 50 percent once production is finished and ready for shipment, after you have received final photos and videos of the actual pieces. Nothing ships before you have seen what you are paying the balance on.
