What a Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer Actually Controls
As a custom t-shirt manufacturer, Wears For You cuts and sews tees in our own Sialkot factory from 30 pieces per style, in combed cotton, cotton-poly and performance blends. Blank tees are easy to buy anywhere. What is hard to buy is a tee where the neck rib does not stretch out, the shoulder seam sits where your pattern says it should, and the print is still intact after twenty washes.
That is the difference between printing on somebody else's blank and manufacturing your own garment. We start from fabric and a graded pattern, so body length, sleeve length, neck drop and fit are yours, and the decoration is applied in-house rather than subcontracted after the fact.

Every style below starts at 30 pieces per style and goes through the same sample-before-bulk process.
Classic Crew Neck Tee
The workhorse. Set-in sleeve, self-fabric neck rib with taped shoulder seams so the neckline holds its shape through repeated wear rather than rippling after a few washes.
Oversized & Boxy Tee
Wider body, dropped shoulder and a shortened length, cut on its own block. Usually paired with a 220 GSM or heavier jersey so the garment holds its shape instead of clinging.
Women's Fitted Tee
Cut on a women's block with a proper bust and waist shaping, scoop or crew neck, and a sleeve length graded separately rather than scaled down from the men's pattern.
Raglan & Baseball Tee
Contrast raglan sleeve with an angled shoulder seam, in short or three-quarter length. A cleaner canvas for a centred chest print than a set-in sleeve.
Long Sleeve Tee
Same body block with a full sleeve and ribbed or plain cuff, often specified one fabric weight heavier for autumn and winter drops.
Performance & Gym Tee
Moisture-wicking polyester or poly-spandex with flatlock seams and optional mesh panelling, for training ranges and team kit.

How We Price Your Custom T-Shirts
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.
- Minimum order: 30 pieces per style
- Lead time: 10-day sample, 3 to 4 week bulk
- Sampling: charged separately and credited against your first bulk order
- Payment: full advance, or 50% advance and 50% once production is finished and you have seen final photos and videos
- Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Skynet or DPEX, with DDP available to most destinations
Custom T-Shirts Manufacturing FAQs
Thirty pieces per style, split however you like across your size range. One style means one design in one colourway, so a black tee and a white tee of the same design are two styles. If you are testing a first drop, most brands start with two or three styles at 30 pieces each rather than one style at 90.
180 to 200 GSM combed cotton is the standard retail weight and what most brands should start with. Go to 220 or 240 GSM for a heavyweight boxy streetwear fit that holds its shape, or down to 140 to 160 GSM for a lightweight, drapier fashion tee. The number alone does not tell the whole story, so we send physical swatches before you decide.
Screen printing is the most cost-effective for simple, flat graphics in volume and has the best durability. DTG suits photographic or many-coloured artwork and small runs, because it has no screen setup cost. Sublimation is for all-over prints and needs a polyester-rich fabric. Embroidery is for logos rather than large graphics. We recommend a method based on your artwork, quantity and fabric rather than defaulting to one.
Yes. Plenty of clients order blanks with only a woven neck label and care label, either because they decorate locally or because the product is genuinely a plain tee. The 30-piece minimum and the same fabric choices apply.
Yes, cut on a dedicated women's block with real bust and waist shaping, not a men's pattern shrunk down. Scoop, crew and V necklines are all available, and sleeve and body lengths are graded independently.
Around 10 days for a physical sample, then 3 to 4 weeks for bulk once you approve it in writing. Straightforward screen-printed cotton tees sit at the fast end of that range.
Yes. Woven neck labels, satin labels and tagless heat-transfer neck prints are all available, along with care labels, hang tags and branded polybags. Private labelling is included as standard rather than charged as an extra service.
