Custom Gym Stringer Vests
Stringers, drop-arm tanks and classic gym vests in cotton, tri-blend and performance knits, cut and sewn in Sialkot from 30 pieces per style.

How We Build Custom Gym Stringer Vests
Custom gym stringer vests are one of the highest-repeat products we manufacture, because a gym brand that gets the armhole right sells the same vest season after season. We cut and sew stringers, drop-arm tanks and standard gym vests in our Sialkot factory from 30 pieces per style, in cotton, tri-blend and moisture-wicking performance knits.
The whole garment lives or dies on two measurements: how deep the armhole is cut and how wide the strap is across the shoulder. Cut too shallow and it reads as a plain vest; cut too deep without a bound edge and it gapes. Both are written into your tech pack and confirmed on the sample before anything goes into bulk.

The Gym Stringer Vests We Manufacture
Every style below starts at 30 pieces per style and goes through the same sample-before-bulk process.
Classic Stringer
Narrow shoulder strap, deep armhole, scooped neck. The traditional lifting vest, usually in 160 to 180 GSM cotton so it stays light without turning transparent.
Drop-Arm Tank
Wider shoulder with an armhole dropped well below the chest, hemmed or bound. Reads looser and more relaxed than a stringer, and sits better over a t-shirt fit.
Racerback Vest
Shoulder straps converging at the centre back, keeping the strap off the shoulder blade during overhead work. Cut on its own back panel rather than trimmed from a tank.
Performance Training Vest
Poly-spandex knit with flatlock seaming and optional mesh back panel, for conditioning and hot-weather training rather than heavy lifting.
Longline & Curved Hem Vest
Extended body with a curved side hem, so it stays tucked and covers during hinge movements. A small pattern change that makes a noticeable difference in use.
Women's Gym Vest
Cut on a women's block with adjusted strap placement and armhole depth. See our separate women's gym tank tops page for the full range.

Why Brands Order Gym Stringer Vests From Our Factory
Armhole Depth Is a Spec, Not a Guess
We write the armhole drop and strap width into your tech pack in centimetres and confirm them on the physical sample. On a stringer these two numbers are the product.
Fabric That Is Not See-Through
Light vests go transparent when the GSM is pushed too low to save money. We quote a weight that holds opacity in your chosen colour and send swatches so you can check it yourself before cutting.
Seams Built for Movement
Coverstitched hems and bound armholes on performance styles, so the edge does not curl or split under repeated overhead range of motion.
30 Pieces Per Style
Gym brands live on frequent small drops. Thirty pieces per style lets you release a new graphic monthly rather than sitting on a year of inventory.

How We Price Your Gym Stringer Vests
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.
- Minimum order: 30 pieces per style

Gym Stringer Vests Manufacturing FAQs
Thirty pieces per style, split across your size range. One style means one cut in one colourway, so a black stringer and a grey stringer of the same pattern are two styles. Most gym brands start with two colourways of one cut, which keeps the pattern cost down while giving retail some choice.
A stringer has a narrow shoulder strap, typically 2 to 4 cm wide, and a deep armhole cut well below the chest, which is what makes it a lifting garment. A standard tank has a wider shoulder and a shallower armhole. A drop-arm tank sits between the two: wide shoulder, deep armhole. The cut changes the whole look, so we sample whichever one you actually want rather than assuming.
For a classic lifting stringer, 160 to 180 GSM combed cotton or a tri-blend gives the best hand feel and print surface. For conditioning and hot-weather training, a poly-spandex performance knit with a moisture-wicking finish is the right call. Cotton feels better; polyester performs better. We quote both so you can decide with swatches in hand.
It can be, if the GSM is too low for the colour. Pale colours and white need more weight or a tighter knit than black does to stay opaque. We check opacity on the sample in your actual chosen colour, and will tell you to go a weight heavier if it is marginal rather than shipping something your customers complain about.
Yes, though the printable area is narrower than on a t-shirt because of the deep armhole and narrow strap. We check your artwork against the actual pattern piece and tell you if a graphic needs to be resized before it is printed, not after.
About 10 days for a physical sample, then 3 to 4 weeks for bulk after you approve it in writing. Vests are among the quicker garments to produce because the construction is simple.
Yes. Matching stringer and short sets are a common order, and producing them together means the colours come from the same dye lot rather than being sourced separately and hoped to match.
