Custom Gym Shorts Manufacturer
Training shorts in woven and knit fabrics with zip pockets, drawcord waistbands and inseams from 5 to 9 inches, cut and sewn in Sialkot from 30 pieces per style.

What a Custom Gym Shorts Manufacturer Has to Get Right
As a custom gym shorts manufacturer, Wears For You produces training shorts in our own Sialkot factory from 30 pieces per style, in four-way stretch wovens, French terry and performance knits. Inseam, pocket configuration, waistband construction and liner are all yours to specify rather than options you pick from a stock catalogue.
Shorts are deceptively technical. The waistband is the part customers notice first, because a cheap elastic rolls over within a month, and the pocket is the part they notice second, because a phone that swings on a run ruins the garment regardless of how good the fabric is. Both are spelled out in your tech pack and verified on the sample.

The Custom Gym Shorts We Manufacture
Every style below starts at 30 pieces per style and goes through the same sample-before-bulk process.
Training Short
The standard: 7 inch inseam, elasticated drawcord waist, two side pockets. Usually in four-way stretch woven so it moves without clinging.
Lifting & Squat Short
Shorter 5 inch inseam with a wider leg opening and a gusseted crotch, so deep squat and lunge range is not restricted by the pattern.
Zip Pocket Short
Zipped side or back pockets with reverse-coil zips and an internal key pocket, for anyone who trains with a phone in their pocket.
Lined Running Short
Split or curved hem with an integrated mesh or knit brief liner, in a lightweight woven for heat management.
Fleece & French Terry Short
Heavier knit short for rest days and warm-up, typically with a ribbed or bound hem and a thicker drawcord.
Two-in-One Short
Outer woven short over an inner compression legging of your specified length, joined at the waistband so the two layers stay aligned in use.
Fabric and Decoration Options
You choose from these on your tech pack. Physical swatches are sent before anything is cut.

Why Brands Order Custom Gym Shorts From Our Factory
The Waistband Is Specified, Not Assumed
Elastic width, elastic quality and whether the drawcord runs through a tunnel or is anchored are written into your tech pack. A rolling waistband is the most common reason gym shorts get returned.
Pockets That Actually Hold a Phone
We spec pocket bag depth against a real handset rather than a generic drawing, and offer reverse-coil zips where a phone needs securing during movement.
Your Inseam, Not a Stock Length
5, 7 or 9 inch, or any measurement you give us. Inseam is the single most visible brand signature on a training short, so it is not something we default for you.
Matched Sets From One Dye Lot
Shorts produced alongside your vests or tees come from the same dye lot, so a set actually matches instead of being two slightly different greys.

How We Price Your Custom Gym Shorts
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.

Custom Gym Shorts Manufacturing FAQs
Thirty pieces per style, split across your size range. One style means one cut in one colourway, so black and grey versions of the same short are two styles. Most gym brands launch with two colourways of one cut.
Seven inches is the most versatile and the safest default for a general training short. Five inches suits lifting, sprint work and brands positioning around a shorter modern cut. Nine inches suits basketball-influenced and relaxed fits. You can also simply give us a measurement and we will grade the pattern to it.
It depends on the use. Running and HIIT shorts usually have a mesh or knit brief liner. Lifting and general gym shorts are more often unlined, because people wear compression underneath anyway. We produce both, and a liner is a tech pack decision rather than a price tier.
Yes, on the side seam or the back, with reverse-coil zips and an optional internal key pocket. If your customers train with a phone, a zip pocket sized against an actual handset is the difference between a short that gets worn and one that does not.
Four-way stretch woven polyester is the most common choice: light, quick-drying and it holds a clean shape. Poly-spandex performance knit feels softer and moves more, which suits lifting. French terry is for rest-day shorts, not training. We send physical swatches of whichever two or three you are choosing between.
Yes. Shorts with matching stringers, tees or hoodies are one of our most common sportswear orders, and producing them together is the only reliable way to get the colours to match, because they come from one dye lot.
Around 10 days for a physical sample and 3 to 4 weeks for bulk once you approve it in writing. Shorts with two-in-one construction or bonded seams can add a few days, which we flag in your quote.
