A Padel and Pickleball Apparel Manufacturer That Cuts the Whole Kit

Wears For You is a padel and pickleball apparel manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, making fully sublimated performance polos, technical tees, match shorts, skorts, dresses, tanks and warm-up tracksuits for racket sport brands, clubs and academies. Minimum order is 30 pieces per style, and a sample in your own fabric and artwork is normally ready inside 10 days.

Padel and pickleball are the two fastest-growing racket sports in the world right now, and the supply side has not caught up. Search for a factory in either and you mostly find finished-goods brands selling their own range, or generic private label catalogues that will put your logo on a stock polo and call it a padel kit. Very few publish what they actually cut, in what weights, with which women's blocks.

This page is the opposite of that. Below is the garment list, the fabric weights, what changes between the two sports, and why sublimation is the right decoration for a sponsored court kit and the wrong one for a clubhouse tee. If something you need is not here, it is because we do not want to claim it.

The Range

What Goes Into a Padel or Pickleball Kit

A full club kit is usually four to six of these. A brand launching a range normally starts with three. Every piece shares the same 30-piece minimum.

Performance polo

The default padel top in Spain, Sweden and the Gulf. Knitted or self-fabric collar, three-button or quarter-zip placket, side vents so it does not ride up on a reach. Sublimated, so a club crest and a sponsor block sit inside the fabric rather than on top of it.

Technical tee

Crew or V-neck in a light performance knit, raglan or set-in sleeve. The faster-moving option, and the one most pickleball clubs in the US order instead of a polo.

Match shorts

Normally 6in or 7in inseam with a zipped or deep side pocket, because a padel player carries a spare ball through a point. Elastic waist with internal drawcord, gusseted crotch for the overhead.

Skort

Built-in inner short with a ball pocket on the thigh, outer skirt in the same shell as the match short. The single most requested women's piece in both sports and the one most private label catalogues skip.

Tank and sleeveless

Racerback or straight-cut, for hot-climate clubs and outdoor pickleball in summer leagues.

Dress

One-piece with an integrated inner short and ball pocket. Common in European padel club kits, rare in private label ranges.

Warm-up tracksuit

Jacket and pant in a brushed or unbrushed tricot, usually the piece that carries the heaviest sponsor load because it is worn on the bench and in photos.

Mid-layer quarter-zip

For indoor courts in cold climates and outdoor winter padel. Light fleece-back or double-knit, same sublimated artwork as the match top.

Two Sports, One Factory

Pickleball Apparel: What Actually Changes

The two sports share most of their pattern work, which is why one factory can serve both without compromise. The differences are real but narrow, and they sit in grading and garment mix rather than construction.

Garment mix

European and Gulf padel clubs order polos first. US pickleball clubs order technical tees first, with the polo as a secondary piece for coaching staff.

Size grading

Pickleball has a far wider age and body-size range at club level, so the size run usually extends further at the top end. We grade to your actual roster rather than to a European block.

Pockets

Padel shorts and skorts need a secure ball pocket because players carry a spare ball through a point. Pickleball kit carries less, so the pocket can be shallower and lighter.

Sleeve and shoulder

Padel involves more overhead and wall play, so we cut slightly more room through the shoulder and prefer a raglan or a set-in sleeve with a gusset.

Season

Pickleball in the US is heavily outdoor and summer-weighted, so mesh and sleeveless pieces move more. Padel is largely indoor and year-round, so mid-layers sell alongside match kit.

If you sell into both, we keep one artwork set and two graded charts, so the same design runs across both ranges without redrawing anything.

Fabrics

What We Cut, and at What Weight

Weights below are the ranges we actually run for racket sport. Swatches are sent for approval before anything is cut, so you are signing off on fabric you have held rather than a name on a quote.

FabricWeightWhere it goes
Performance polyester interlock140 to 180 GSMMatch tops and polos. Smooth face takes sublimation cleanly, which matters when artwork runs across a seam. The standard choice for both sports.
Poly-spandex four-way stretch180 to 200 GSMSkorts, dresses, inner shorts and women's tops. Typically 75/25 or 80/20, the same blends we cut for activewear.
Micro-mesh and eyelet knit130 to 160 GSMBack panels, underarm gussets and full tops for hot-climate play. Used as an insert on a polo rather than the whole garment when a club wants a cleaner front for sponsors.
Woven stretch shell160 to 180 GSMMatch shorts and skort outers where a crisper drape is wanted over a knit. Holds a printed hem stripe better through a season.
Tricot and double knit200 to 280 GSMWarm-up jackets, pants and quarter-zips. Brushed back on request for indoor winter play.

Recycled polyester and moisture-wicking technical fabrics are available on request across all of the above. If you need a specific certified yarn, tell us at quote stage rather than after sampling, because it changes both the price and the lead time.

Decoration

Why a Sponsored Court Kit Should Be Sublimated

Nearly every padel and pickleball kit we make is fully sublimated. That is not a default we apply without thinking, it is the right answer for this specific garment, for five reasons:

  • Sublimation puts the dye into the fibre, so a sponsor block does not crack, peel or lift after a season of wash cycles. On a kit that gets washed after every session, this is the difference between a kit that lasts a season and one that looks worn by week six.
  • It carries unlimited colours at no extra cost per colour, which is what a padel kit needs when a club has four sponsors in four different brand palettes.
  • It prints edge to edge, including across side seams, sleeves and the skort hem, which screen printing and heat transfer cannot do cleanly.
  • It adds no weight and no hand feel, so a printed chest panel breathes the same as the rest of the top.
  • It only works on light polyester-rich fabric. If you want a cotton-feel club tee for the clubhouse rather than the court, we switch that piece to screen print or embroidery and say so on the quote.

Embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and 3D puff are all available in house as well, and you can see the full range on our garment decoration page. For a court kit we will normally tell you to sublimate and save the embroidery for a cap or a clubhouse polo.

How It Works

From Artwork to Delivered Kit

  1. 1

Send artwork or a reference kit

A logo file, a sponsor list and a photo of a kit you like is enough to start. You do not need a tech pack. If you do not have one, we build it, which is a service in its own right.

  2. 2

    Print layout proof

Before anything is cut we send a flat layout showing every sponsor, crest, number and name at its real size and position, front and back. You approve it in writing. A misplaced sleeve sponsor caught here costs nothing, caught after printing it costs a reprint.

  3. 3

    Sample

One full kit produced in your real fabric and your real artwork, usually inside 10 days, shipped to you. You wear it, wash it, and tell us what to change.

  4. 4

    Size set and grading

We confirm the graded measurement chart across your size run, including junior sizes if the academy needs them, before bulk cutting.

  5. 5

    Bulk production

Cut, sublimated, stitched and finished in our own Sialkot factory. Names and numbers are applied per player from the list you send.

  6. 6

    Inspection and dispatch

Piece-level check against the approved proof, then folded, bagged and labelled per player or per size. Worldwide shipping by air or sea.

Why Wears For You

Why Racket Sport Brands Manufacture Here

1

Thirty pieces per style, not three hundred

A new racket sport brand does not need 300 polos of one colourway to find out whether the design sells. We start at 30 per style, which is low enough to test a range and high enough to be worth cutting properly.

2

The women's pieces are not an afterthought

Skorts, dresses and women's-cut tops are specified properly rather than offered as a shrunk men's block. In two sports where a large share of club players are women, most private label catalogues still treat this as optional.

3

Sponsor-dense artwork handled as routine

Club kits in both sports carry more sponsors per garment than almost anything except football. We proof every mark at real size and position before printing, which is why we do not do reprints for placement errors.

4

One factory, not a broker

The cutting, sublimation, stitching and finishing happen in our own building in Sialkot. You are not quoting through an agent who is quoting a factory, which is most of what this search returns.

5

Replies inside 12 hours

A real answer with real numbers within 12 hours of your enquiry, not a brochure and a follow-up sequence.

6

Hardware and trims in house

Zip pullers, branded tipping, woven labels and metal logo plates are made here too, so a tracksuit zip can carry your mark without a second supplier and a second lead time.

Common Questions

Padel and Pickleball Apparel FAQs

Thirty pieces per style. That counts as one design in one colourway across your size run, so 30 polos split 6 small, 10 medium, 10 large and 4 extra large is one style. A second colourway of the same polo is a second style.

Both, and they are specified as their own blocks rather than scaled from a men's pattern. Skorts are built with an integrated inner short and a thigh ball pocket, dresses with the same inner short construction. These are the pieces most private label ranges leave out, and they are usually the first thing a club asks for.

The garments overlap heavily, but padel kit tends to run slightly looser through the shoulder because of the overhead and wall play, and pockets matter more because players carry a spare ball through a point. If you send us a tennis kit as a reference we will tell you what we would change for padel rather than copying it straight across.

Yes, and most of the pattern work is shared. The practical difference is that US pickleball clubs order tees far more often than polos, and order larger size runs at the top end of the range. We grade accordingly rather than using a European block.

A sample is normally ready within 10 days of artwork approval. Bulk production after sample sign-off depends on quantity and the number of styles, and we give you a dated schedule with the quote rather than a range.

Yes. Names and numbers are sublimated into the fabric at the same time as the rest of the artwork, from a player list you send as a spreadsheet. They do not crack or peel because there is nothing sitting on the surface to crack.

Both. Clubs and academies usually order a single sponsored kit with a player list attached. Brands order a range across several styles and colourways. The minimum is the same either way.

It depends on the garment, fabric weight, number of panels and quantity, so a figure quoted without those in front of it would be a guess. Send the style list and quantities and you will get real per-piece pricing back within 12 hours, including the quantity at which the price steps down.

Yes. Tech pack development is a service we run separately, and it is the normal starting point for a brand launching its first racket sport range. You can see what we produce on our tech pack development page.
