Soccer Kit Manufacturing

A Custom Soccer Uniform Manufacturer That Builds the Whole Kit

Wears For You is a custom soccer uniform manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing fully sublimated football kits for clubs, academies, leagues and apparel brands. That means match jerseys, shorts, knitted socks, goalkeeper sets, training wear and bench kit, all from the same factory, from 30 pieces per style, with a sample in your own fabric and artwork normally ready inside 10 days.

Football kit is the most demanding garment in team sport to get right, and it has almost nothing to do with stitching. A single jersey carries a front sponsor, a sleeve sponsor, a back-of-shirt mark, a league badge, a club crest, a player name and a squad number, and each one has a size and placement rule attached to it. Get one of them wrong and the whole run is a reprint.

That is why every kit we make goes through an approved print layout before anything is cut. You see every mark at its real size in its real position, front and back, and sign it off. Errors caught at that stage cost nothing.

The Full Kit

What We Make for a Football Club

A first-team order is usually four to six of these. A brand launching a football range normally starts with three. Every piece shares the same 30-piece minimum.

Match jersey

Fully sublimated, short or long sleeve, in a crew, V-neck, polo collar or grandad collar. Sponsor blocks, league badges, player names and squad numbers are printed into the fabric before cutting, which is why a kit from us still reads as a kit at the end of a season.

Match shorts

Elastic waist with internal drawcord, side splits or plain hem, with or without an inner brief. Squad number printed on the left leg as standard, moved on request.

Match socks

Knitted to your colourway with a cushioned footbed and ribbed calf. Ordered to the same colour standard as the jersey so the three pieces match under floodlights, which they often do not when socks are bought separately.

Goalkeeper kit

Padded elbow panels, longer sleeve, looser body and a separate colourway from the outfield kit as the laws require. Goalkeeper shorts are cut longer with hip padding. Most catalogues treat this as an afterthought and it is the piece clubs most often have to source elsewhere.

Training kit

Lighter weight training tops, bibs and training shorts in a simplified version of the match artwork, built to survive more washes per week than the match kit ever sees.

Warm-up and bench wear

Quarter-zip tops, full tracksuits, rain jackets and padded bench coats. Usually the most sponsor-dense pieces in the whole kit because they are what appears in team photos and on the touchline.

Junior and academy sizes

The same artwork graded down across junior size runs, so an academy and a first team look like one club rather than two orders from two suppliers.

Decoration

Sublimation Versus Heat Transfer on a Football Kit

This is the single decision that determines whether a kit survives a season. Heat-pressed vinyl is cheaper per piece and fails predictably: edges lift, numbers crack, sponsor blocks go matte. Sublimation puts the dye into the fibre before the panel is cut, so there is nothing sitting on the surface to fail.

Sublimation or heat transfer for football kit decoration, how each method ages, Wears For You, Sialkot Pakistan

The one case for heat transfer is a short-run change late in a season, for example a single replacement shirt for a new signing when the original print run is finished. For a full squad kit we sublimate, and we will say so even when vinyl would quote cheaper. Other methods including embroidery, screen print and 3D puff are available in house and shown on our garment decoration page.

Fabrics

What We Cut, and at What Weight

These are the ranges we actually run for football. Swatches are sent for approval before cutting, so you sign off on fabric you have held rather than a name on a quote.

FabricWeightWhere it goes
Performance polyester interlock140 to 180 GSMMatch jerseys. Smooth face takes sublimation cleanly across seams, which matters on a jersey carrying five separate sponsor marks.
Micro-mesh and eyelet knit130 to 160 GSMBack and underarm panels, or full jerseys for hot-climate leagues. Used as an insert when a club wants a clean sponsor-ready front.
Poly-spandex four-way stretch180 to 200 GSMSlim-fit modern jersey cuts, base layers and compression pieces worn under the kit.
Woven stretch shell160 to 180 GSMMatch shorts where a crisper drape is wanted over a knit, and training shorts that hold a printed hem stripe through a season.
Tricot and double knit200 to 280 GSMWarm-up jackets, tracksuit pants and quarter-zips. Brushed back on request for winter leagues.

Recycled polyester and moisture-wicking technical yarns are available across all of the above. If your league or sponsor requires a specific certified fabric, raise it at quote stage rather than after sampling, because it changes both price and lead time.

How It Works

From Crest to Delivered Kit

  1. 1

Send artwork, crest and sponsor list

A crest file, the sponsor logos and a reference kit you like is enough to start. If you have no tech pack we build one, which is a service in its own right.

  2. 2

    Design and print layout proof

A flat layout showing every sponsor, crest, league badge, name and number at real size and real position, front and back, on every piece. You approve it in writing before anything is printed.

  3. 3

    Sample kit

One full kit in your real fabric and real artwork, normally inside 10 days. You wash it, wear it, and tell us what to change.

  4. 4

    Size set and squad list

We confirm the graded measurement chart across your size run, including junior sizes, and take the player name and number list as a spreadsheet.

  5. 5

    Bulk production

Cut, sublimated, stitched and finished in our own Sialkot factory. Each jersey is printed with its own player name and number rather than numbered afterwards.

  6. 6

    Bagged per player and shipped

Piece-level inspection against the approved proof, then bagged and labelled per player so the kit manager is not sorting a box on the floor. Worldwide air or sea freight.

Before You Order

Seven Things to Settle Before Placing a Kit Order

Most kit problems are decided before production starts, not during it. These are the seven points we work through with every club at quote stage, and they are worth settling with any manufacturer you talk to, not just us.

Why Wears For You

Why Clubs and Brands Make Their Kit Here

1

Thirty pieces, not a league-sized minimum

A single squad is around 20 outfield players plus keepers and staff. A 300-piece minimum means a club has to buy four seasons of kit at once. We start at 30 per style, which is one squad.

2

Sponsor density handled as routine

A football jersey is the most sponsor-dense garment in team sport: front sponsor, sleeve sponsor, back-of-shirt mark, league badge and manufacturer logo, each with its own size and placement rule. We proof all of it at real size before printing.

3

Goalkeeper kit is specified properly

Separate colourway, padded elbows, longer sleeve, longer padded shorts. Not an outfield jersey in a different colour, which is what a lot of low-cost kit suppliers actually ship.

4

Names and numbers printed, not applied

Sublimated into the fabric at the same time as the artwork, from your squad spreadsheet. Nothing sits on the surface, so nothing cracks or peels off in the wash.

5

One factory, not a broker

Cutting, sublimation, stitching and finishing all happen in our own building in Sialkot. You are not quoting through an agent who is quoting a factory.

6

Replies inside 12 hours

A real answer with real per-piece numbers within 12 hours, not a brochure and a follow-up sequence.

Common Questions

Custom Soccer Uniform FAQs

Thirty pieces per style. One design in one colourway across your size run counts as a single style, so 30 jerseys split across small to extra large is one style. A change of colourway, or a goalkeeper kit in a different colour, counts as a second style.

Sublimate. The dye goes into the fibre before the panel is cut, so names, numbers and sponsor blocks cannot crack, lift or peel. Heat-pressed vinyl is cheaper per piece and starts failing within a season of twice-weekly washing, which is why we do not use it on match kit.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference, or post us a jersey from your current kit and we will match to the garment. We confirm the match on the sample before bulk, because a colour that is close on screen is not close on a pitch.

Yes, as a properly separate build: different colourway as the laws require, padded elbow panels, longer sleeve, looser body, and longer shorts with hip padding. It is quoted as its own style rather than bundled into the outfield count.

Yes. The same artwork is graded down across junior size runs so the academy and the first team match. Junior sizes count toward the same 30-piece style minimum rather than needing their own.

A sample is normally ready within 10 days of artwork approval. Bulk after sign-off depends on quantity and the number of styles, and you get a dated schedule with the quote rather than a vague range.

Yes, knitted to your colourway rather than bought in. Matching the socks to the same colour standard as the jersey and shorts is the main reason a kit looks like one kit under floodlights.

It depends on the fabric weight, number of panels, sleeve length and quantity, so a number quoted without those would be a guess. Send your style list and squad size and you will get real per-piece pricing back within 12 hours, including the quantity at which it steps down.

Both. Clubs and academies usually order one sponsored kit with a squad list attached. Brands order a range across several styles and colourways. The 30-piece minimum applies the same way to each.
