Team artwork, player names and numbers are printed at panel stage before cutting, so the graphics are part of the fabric and there is nothing to peel away after a season.
Basketball kit has to breathe and it has to move. A jersey that holds sweat gets heavy by the third quarter, and an armhole cut too tight restricts the shooting motion every single possession. We spec mesh weight, armhole depth and side-panel ventilation per style rather than running one block for every team that orders.

How We Price Your Basketball Uniforms
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.

- Lead time: 10-day sample, 3 to 4 week bulk
- Sampling: charged separately and credited against your first bulk order
- Payment: full advance, or 50% advance and 50% once production is finished and you have seen final photos and videos

Thirty pieces per style, split across your size range. Jerseys and shorts are separate styles, so a complete kit is two 30-piece minimums. That normally covers a full roster plus spares in a single order, including youth and extended sizes in the same run.
They are printed as part of the sublimation, so there is no per-name surcharge the way there is with applied twill or vinyl. Send the roster with names, numbers and sizes and we build it into the print layout. Changes after layout approval are applied with heat press vinyl.
Yes. Reversible jerseys are double-layer construction printed on both faces, usually in the team's home and away colours so a squad can split for scrimmage without a second kit. They are a heavier garment than a game jersey by nature, which is worth knowing before you order them for game use.
Yes. Send Pantone references or a physical sample of your current uniform and we match the sublimation output. You receive a printed colour proof on real fabric before bulk production, rather than approving a colour on a screen.
Yes, produced in the same sublimation run as the game kit so the colours match exactly. Each item carries its own 30-piece minimum since they are separate styles.
Nine inches is the most common inseam for adult basketball shorts and suits most programmes. Eleven inches gives a longer, more traditional look, and seven inches suits a modern shorter cut and youth sizing. We can also grade to any measurement you supply.
Around 10 days for a physical sample, then 3 to 4 weeks for bulk once you approve it in writing. The usual delay on team orders is waiting for a final roster, so send names, numbers and sizes as early as you can.
