Custom American Football Uniforms
Fully sublimated football jerseys and integrated pants, built on reinforced mesh and stretch twill, from 30 pieces per style with names, numbers and team artwork printed in.

How We Build Custom American Football Uniforms
Custom American football uniforms from Wears For You are fully sublimated jersey and pant sets, manufactured in our Sialkot factory from 30 pieces per style. Team colours, player names, numbers and sponsor marks are printed into the fabric at panel stage, so nothing peels, cracks or lifts after a season of contact and washing.
Football kit takes more abuse than any other uniform we produce. Shoulder and side panels get gripped, the pant takes ground contact every play, and the whole thing goes through industrial laundry weekly. That drives every construction decision: double-needle stitching at stress seams, reinforced shoulder panels, and pant fabric chosen for abrasion resistance rather than hand feel.

The American Football Uniforms We Manufacture
Every style below starts at 30 pieces per style and goes through the same sample-before-bulk process.
Game Jersey
Compression or standard fit in stretch knit and mesh, with reinforced shoulder panels and double-needle stress seams. Fully sublimated so numbers and names are part of the fabric.
Practice Jersey
Heavier, simpler construction in a durable knit for daily training use, usually with a reduced print to keep the cost down across a large squad.
Integrated Game Pant
Stretch twill pant with built-in pad pockets at hip, thigh, knee and tailbone, so no separate girdle is needed.
Slotted Pant
Traditional pant with a belt and slotted waist for separate pads, for programmes that already stock their own pad sets.
Compression Girdle
Padded base layer worn under a slotted pant, in four-way stretch with integrated pad pockets.
Fan & Replica Jersey
Same artwork in a relaxed fit and lighter fabric for supporters and merchandise, produced alongside the team order.
Fabric and Decoration Options
You choose from these on your tech pack. Physical swatches are sent before anything is cut.

Why Brands Order American Football Uniforms From Our Factory
Printed In, Not Stuck On
Sublimation bonds the dye into polyester fibre, so numbers and names cannot peel, crack or fade the way heat-applied vinyl does after a season of industrial laundering.
Built for Contact
Double-needle stitching on every stress seam and reinforced shoulder panels, because a football jersey is gripped and pulled on nearly every play.
Whole Rosters Covered by One Minimum
Thirty pieces per style covers most squads outright, and it splits across your full size range, from youth sizes through to 5XL linemen.
Artwork Proofed Before Cutting
You approve a full print layout showing exactly how the design sits across every panel and seam before a single metre of fabric is printed.

How We Price Your American Football Uniforms
We quote per piece, and the number moves with four things: your fabric and its weight, the decoration method and how many placements it covers, your order quantity, and the shipping terms you pick. That is why we do not publish a single figure. A written quote with the exact per-piece cost for your spec comes back within 12 hours.
- Minimum order: 30 pieces per style
- Lead time: 10-day sample, 3 to 4 week bulk
- Sampling: charged separately and credited against your first bulk order
- Payment: full advance, or 50% advance and 50% once production is finished and you have seen final photos and videos
- Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Skynet or DPEX, with DDP available to most destinations
American Football Uniforms Manufacturing FAQs
Thirty pieces per style, split across your full size range. Jerseys and pants are separate styles, so a full kit for a squad is two 30-piece minimums. For most programmes that covers the entire roster in one order, including youth sizes and extended sizes for linemen in the same run.
They are printed as part of the sublimation, so there is no separate per-name charge the way there is with applied vinyl or twill. Send us the roster with names, numbers and sizes and we build it into the print layout. Late roster changes after the layout is approved are handled with heat press vinyl.
The pants come with integrated pad pockets at the hip, thigh, knee and tailbone, ready to take your own pads. We manufacture the garments, not the protective pads themselves, so programmes usually keep their existing pad stock. If you prefer a slotted pant for separate pads and a belt, we make that too.
Yes. Send Pantone references, or a physical sample of your current kit, and we match the sublimation output to it. You get a printed colour proof for approval before bulk production, so the match is confirmed on real fabric rather than on a screen.
Sublimation dye bonds into the polyester fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so there is nothing to peel or crack. The print outlasts the garment. The failure point on a well-made football jersey is seam abrasion, not the graphic, which is why the stress seams are double-needle stitched.
Yes, using the same artwork in a relaxed fit and a lighter fabric, produced in the same run as the team kit. Many programmes fund part of their uniform order this way.
Around 10 days for a physical sample, then 3 to 4 weeks for bulk after you approve it in writing. Send the roster early: name and number data is usually what delays a team order, not production.
