Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, samples, and production orders placed with Wears For You ("we," "us," "our"), a direct clothing factory based in Sialkot, Pakistan. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the product, fabric, decoration, and quantity you describe, and are confirmed in writing before production begins. Prices exclude freight and import duty unless stated otherwise, and are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Samples

A physical sample is produced before bulk production on most orders, so you can confirm fit, fabric, and construction. Sample cost and turnaround (typically around 10 days) are confirmed in your quote. Approving a sample confirms the specification we will produce your bulk order to.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our standard minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per style, confirmed per product in your quote. Certain specialty fabrics or highly technical constructions may carry a different minimum, always flagged upfront.

Payment

Payment terms (typically a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment) are confirmed in your written quote or order confirmation before work begins.

Production and Delivery

Bulk production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks after sample approval, with exact timelines confirmed per order. We ship worldwide by air or sea freight; delivery timelines and any customs or duty obligations in your destination country are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design Ownership

Tech packs, patterns, and designs developed for your project belong to your brand. We do not reuse or resell your designs to other clients, and are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share proprietary materials.

Quality and Revisions

Every order passes through quality checks before shipment. If a finished order does not match the approved sample specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update date above.
