Custom women's gym tank tops from Wears For You are cut on a dedicated women's block, not a men's tank graded smaller. We manufacture racerback, flowy, cropped and fitted training tanks in our Sialkot factory from 30 pieces per style, in moisture-wicking performance knits, modal blends and soft cotton jersey.
The details that decide whether a women's tank sells again are all structural: where the racerback strap sits relative to the shoulder blade, whether the armhole clears a sports bra band without exposing it, and how the side seam is shaped so the hem does not ride up mid-set. Those are pattern decisions, and they are made before sampling rather than discovered afterwards.

Relaxed body with a curved, longer back hem in a lighter modal or poly blend, for yoga, pilates and warm-up wear where a fitted cut is not wanted.
Fitted Performance Tank
Close-cut in four-way stretch with side-seam shaping and coverstitched hems, for training where a loose garment gets in the way.
Cropped Tank
Shortened body finished with a bound or elasticated hem so it sits without rolling. The hem finish matters more than the length on a crop.
Longline Tank
Extended body with a curved side hem for coverage through hinge and floor work, in the same fabric range as the fitted cut.
Built-In Bra Tank
Integrated shelf bra with elastic band and optional removable cups, for light to medium support. Specified on the tech pack because the band tension has to be graded per size.

Pale colours need more fabric weight than dark ones to stay opaque. We check opacity on the physical sample in the actual colour you chose, and recommend a heavier weight if it is borderline rather than letting it become a customer complaint.
Yes, and producing them in the same run is the only reliable way to get colours that truly match, because they come from a single dye lot. Each garment carries its own 30-piece minimum since they are separate styles.
