Custom Embroidery, Stitched In House
Custom embroidery is the most durable way to put a logo on a garment, and the one that reads as premium at a glance. We digitise, stitch and quality-check every piece on our own machines in Sialkot, from 30 pieces per style.

What custom embroidery actually is
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric with thread rather than sitting on top of it as ink. That is why it survives washing almost indefinitely, and why it carries a weight and texture that print cannot copy.
The artwork has to be digitised first, which means converting your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine the path, direction and density of every stitch. This is a one-off step per design, not a per-piece cost, and it is where the quality of the final result is actually decided.
Cost is driven by stitch count, not by garment count. A small left-chest logo might be 4,000 to 8,000 stitches. A large back piece can run past 40,000. Two colours or eight makes very little difference, which is the opposite of screen printing.
Where it works best
- Left-chest logos on hoodies, polos and workwear
- Caps and beanies, where print does not sit well on the curve
- Varsity and bomber jackets, including chenille and applique
- Corporate and hospitality uniforms that get washed constantly
- Anything where the buyer should feel the branding, not just see it
Where it is the wrong choice
Large photographic artwork, fine gradients or very small text under roughly 5mm. Thread has a minimum practical resolution, and forcing detail below it produces a dense, stiff patch rather than a crisp logo. For those, DTG or sublimation is the better route.

Artwork review
We check your file for stitchability, flag anything too fine to hold, and tell you before it becomes a problem rather than after.
Digitising
Your logo is converted into a stitch file with the path, density and underlay set for the specific fabric it is going onto.
Stitch-out sample
We run a physical sample so you can approve thread colours and placement on the real garment, not a screen mockup.
Bulk run & QC
Production stitches to the approved file, with every piece checked for pulls, puckering and thread ends before packing.
Embroidery questions, answered
Thirty pieces per style. That covers embroidery on hoodies, polos, caps, jackets and uniforms alike. Unlike screen printing there is no colour-based setup penalty, so a small first run is not disproportionately expensive.
It depends on stitch count rather than colour count. A small left-chest logo typically adds $1.20 to $2.50 per piece, while a large multi-position design can run higher. Digitising is a one-off charge per design, not per garment, and we confirm both in your quote within 12 hours.
No. Digitising is done once per design. Reorders of the same logo use the same stitch file at no additional digitising cost. If you change the size significantly, the file usually needs adjusting, because stitch density does not scale linearly.
Yes, and it is one of the places embroidery clearly beats print. Caps are stitched on a specialised cap frame rather than a flat frame, which keeps the design aligned across the curve of the panel instead of distorting it.
Around 5mm letter height is the practical floor for clean, legible thread. Below that, letterforms start to fill in and the result looks like a smudge rather than type. If your design has fine print, we will tell you at artwork review and suggest either enlarging it or switching that element to a printed method.
